Seizing such spoils, even the sagacious princes have long been devoting their minds and efforts. They have, thus, resorted to help the wrongful. Fired by the wisdom-wasting drink, they have declared that the world must be destroyed.

Summary: The princes have continuously used their intellectual abilities to plunder villages and towns since they have become prisoners of their own wealth. They would use a stimulant and hallucinogenic drug called Haoma in a ritual before they would embark on a plundering raid. Through this they have destroyed the world.
